Scoring full marks in Hindi class 1 is not rocket science, with the right guidance and tips it becomes a cakewalk. Every student will get benefited if they apply these tips and work enough, they will become eligible for a perfect score.

  • Read the Chapter

A basic but the most important thing to do for a perfect score is thoroughly reading the chapter and understanding the story. One should be able to summarize the story in his or her words after reading the chapter.

This makes them memorize the chapter much better. Every chapter has a basic theme within itself and one should understand the theme very well for a good grasp of the chapter.

  • Do the back exercise

After reading and understanding the chapter one must practice the questions given at the back of the chapter. These questions form the gist of the chapter itself and help the child to remember the important information of the chapter for a long time.

Writing answers to the questions by themselves help in growing their writing skills which will be very helpful in forthcoming classes. Moreover, it will teach them how to frame an answer and will open a new perspective for them.

  • Learn hard words

There are some words in each chapter that are new or hard for the child. These are the words that a child needs to learn and understand as well as pronounce as they will improve his or her vocabulary and speaking skills.

New or hard words should be emphasized as they will help in forming better answers in exams which will give an advantage to them. This forms a base of their learning and reading power and in the future too they will not be frightened if they encounter any new word.

  • Practice writing and reading

After the child understands the chapter thoroughly, it is advised to make them read the chapter and to write the summary of the same in their own words.

This not only helps in improving their pronunciation and vocabulary but while writing on their own the children encounter their mistakes and tend to work on them which is a positive sign for exams. Such practice helps in making fewer mistakes in exams which gives more marks and hence improves the chance of getting full marks.

  • Listen in class actively

Listening in class is a basic yet important tip to grab more marks in exams. Listening actively in class makes one remember the chapter longer and it also helps in knowing the important points of the chapter. Listening also helps in improving the pronunciation of the child which is very helpful in the long term as well as in exams.

Moreover, if a child listens actively in class he or she can ask his or her doubt more often which helps in gaining more marks in exams.

  • Revise the chapters

Revision is a must to score full marks in Hindi. The more revisions, the more marks one will gain. Revision helps in learning the hard words, the theme, and the summary of the chapter for a long period. During the exam, this revision will help in recalling the chapter more easily. Revision of questions with the chapter will also help in minimizing mistakes in exams. Revision forms the base for learning.

Children tend to mug up the chapter which makes them forget it very easily but a thorough reading of the chapter with revision helps in understanding the chapter in a better way and there comes no need to mug them up.

Hindi, is an easy language, is all about understanding and revising. A person with a thorough understanding of chapters and a good number of revisions will surely be led to a perfect score in the exams. Writing and practicing the hard words works as a cherry on the cake.

Reading the chapter and actively listening to the teacher in the class helps in longer retention of the chapter with better understanding. Moreover, building interest in Hindi at an early age surely gives a better future as this class forms the base for learning.
